GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This contractual document shall govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.mypugandco.com, owned by MY PUG PETSUPPLIES, S.L., holder of Tax ID (CIF) B09770538, located at C/ PINTOR MIR 7, 3-1, 08031, Barcelona, with the email address guau@mypugandco.com (hereinafter, the PROVIDER). The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

  • Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.

  • Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.

  • Assumes all obligations set forth herein. These conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all contracts made through the website www.mypugandco.com.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the PROVIDER and the USER.

1. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER implies the USER's acceptance of these legal conditions. Any stipulation made by the USER may not differ from those of the PROVIDER unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER. These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of the Website, are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and the purchase of products through it and replace any other conditions. A registered User must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

2. SHIPPING OF ORDERS Shipments are made via courier service. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, customs duties, tariffs, or surcharges. The PROVIDER will not ship any order until payment has been verified.

  • Spain (Mainland): Approx. 48 business hours.

  • International: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

  • Note: These periods may be delayed during Sales, Promotions, or Black Friday. Once the package is delivered to the courier, the USER will receive a tracking number. The PROVIDER shall not be liable if delivery fails due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the USER. In these cases, the PROVIDER will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. For voluntary returns (without defects), a return fee of €3.70 will be deducted from the refund.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The USER has a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the product is received. This must be requested via guau@mypugandco.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Personalized products (e.g., ID tags, phone cases) cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. CLAIMS Any claim will be handled as quickly as possible at the following address: C/ PINTOR MIR 7, 3-1, 08031, BARCELONA, or via guau@mypugandco.com / +34 611550718. Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

5. RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER The PROVIDER may cancel or reject an order due to: technical errors in prices, lack of availability, security alerts for fraud, minor age of the user, delivery address issues, or Force Majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. FORCE MAJEURE The PROVIDER is not responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control (accidents, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).

7. JURISDICTION The relationship between the USER and the PROVIDER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations. Any controversy shall be submitted to the courts of BARCELONA, Spain.

8. PRICING AND VALIDITY Prices include VAT but exclude shipping, handling, or insurance unless stated otherwise. Prices are expressed in EUROS.

9. SHIPPING COSTS Examples: Spain (Mainland) €3.90 (Free over €34.95); Germany/Nordics €10; USA/Americas €17.

10. PAYMENT METHODS

  • PayPal: Secure platform.

  • Credit/Debit Card: VISA/MasterCard via secure SSL environment. Data is entered directly on the bank's POS terminal.

11. GUARANTEES If a product is defective, the PROVIDER will collect and exchange it at no cost. You must notify guau@mypugandco.com with the order number and photos of the damage. Negligent use is not covered.

12. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • First size exchange (Mainland Spain): Free. Period: 15 days.

  • Other returns/refunds: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Period: 15 days.

  • Sales/Black Friday: Return costs are €5.95 for exchanges and €4.00 for refunds.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
