Refund policy

Do you want to make a return or exchange a size?

The first size exchange is free, except for Outlet/Sale items; in this case, the size exchange will cost €5.95.

If you prefer a full refund instead of a size exchange for any of the products, there is a fee of €3.

Items must be returned in their original box, and packages must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in.

Returns cannot be accepted if there are clear signs of use, dirt, or pet hair.

In these cases, neither a refund nor a size exchange will be granted. As soon as we receive your little package at our facilities and inspect it, we will prepare your new shipment.

This process is not instantaneous, as we first need to receive and check the package, so it may take up to 10 working days to complete.
