Size Change

Do you want to make a return or exchange a size?

• The first size change for orders from mainland Spain is free, except for products purchased during Black Friday or January, Summer or Outlet Sales, In these cases, the size change will cost €5.95.

• If the products are returned in full, they will cost €3.

• It must be returned in its original box; packages will be returned in the same packaging in which they were sent.

• Items that show obvious signs of wear, dirt, or hair cannot be returned. In these cases, refunds and size exchanges will not be accepted.

• We'll send you the new package once we receive yours at our facilities.
