What size is my furry?

Every dog ​​is different in size and shape, so be sure to measure and verify your dog's size before making a size selection. In each product there is a table of measurements.

When will I receive my order?

Once the purchase is confirmed, we take a maximum of 24-48 working hours to deliver it to the selected courier service. In the case of personalized products, the delivery time may be briefly extended due to the preparation of the product. Once delivered to the courier service, your order to the Peninsula will take 24-48 hours on business days. In the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 3 and 5 business days.

Your order may be delayed during Sales seasons, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, National Holidays or due to problems external to us (problems with the courier company).

My email​ ​confirmation did not arrive. What do I do?

If you have not received the confirmation email, but on the web you have viewed the message with your confirmed order number and you have been charged the corresponding payment, you can be sure that it has been processed successfully. The reason why you did not receive the ​email may be because the ​email address provided may contain an error, the ​email has entered the spam folder by mistake, or there has been a computer problem on our part with the sending of the confirmation email. You will receive your order without any problem. If you also want more information, write to us at guau@mypugandco. com indicating the order number, the shipping information and attached the receipt of payment.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard), American Express and PayPal.

Are the payment methods on your website secure?

Our website uses SSL security certificates so your data will be completely safe. We do not keep any of the data that you provide us, but rather it is sent to the payment platforms in an encrypted and totally secure way, so that they carry out the transaction with the bank.

How to enter the discount code?

The discount code must be entered at the end of the purchase in the box that you will find indicated as 'DISCOUNT CODE'. Once the data has been entered, you must click on 'apply coupon' and wait for the discount coupon to be applied. Discounts are NOT applicable in: Sales, Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday.

I received a wrong, broken or defective product.

At MY PUG & CO we always verify that the products that are sent correspond to those requested, however, if exceptionally a product arrives by mistake, write to us at wow@mypugandco. com attaching photos of the product and delivery note. So we can manage it and give you a solution as soon as possible. Or if by mistake a product has been missing, check that it does appear on the delivery note and then write to us at guau@mypugandco. com attaching photos of the product and delivery note. If, on the other hand, the item you have ordered is broken or defective, write to us at guau@mypugandco. com attaching photos of the product and delivery note.

I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?

Before contacting us, please make sure you have allowed sufficient time for your order to arrive. National deliveries vary between 48h-72h and international deliveries may take between 5 and 15 days. Please note that during busy periods the postal carriers we use may not be able to meet these deadlines.

If your order is international, once the package is scanned at the destination country, you can most likely use the same tracking number on your local postal company's website.
